Ordering and shipping
After the order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent by email with a summary of all articles that have been ordered and the total amount to be paid, including shipping costs. The total amount has to be paid beforehand, and can be done in several ways:
With Ideal, you can pay in a fast and save manner. The money will be collected by the organisation of "Sisow". When you pay with Ideal, the name of "Sisow" will be shown on you bank statement.
Especially for our Belgian customers, you can pay with Mistercash.
Would you like to pay by creditcard? This is possible with the payment system of Paypal. This way, we can receive payments from all over the world.
You can also transfer money directly to our bank account with IBAN number: NL55INGB0006005076 in the name of By Zenz, with the reference of your order number and name.

Payment when picking up your order
If you would like to pay for your articles when you come to pick up the order, you will be offered the possibilities to either pay by debitcard or cash.
Payment t delivery of your order
Would you rather pay when your articles are being delivered? This comes with an extra fee of €15,50.
The shipping costs may vary per product. The shipping costs for articles that are send by mail will be determined by their weight and can vary from €1,28 - €3,84. These shippings that are send by mail are at your own risk. Occasionaly it occurs that envelopes can be lost in the mail. If you prefer to receive your order with more security, we kindly suggest that we send your order as a package. To request this, please send us an e-mail. Packages send within the Netherlands will be handled by PostNL for the amount of €5,50. With these deliveries you will receive a Track and Trace code so you will be able to follow the status of your delivery. Shipping costs will be free for any order of €75,00 or higher.

These shippings that are send by mail are at your own risk. Occasionaly it occurs that envelopes can be lost in the mail. If you prefer to receive your order with more security, we kindly suggest that we send your order as a package. To request this, please send us an e-mail. Packages send to Belgium will be shipped with a standard rate of €9,75. With these deliveries you will receive a Track and Trace code so you will be able to follow the status of your delivery. Shipping costs will be free for any order of €125,00 or higher.
For worldwide shipping, please contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org for the exact shipping rate to your country. If you let us know in which articles you are interested and where the items must be shipped to, we can inform you about the shipping costs.
All articles (when in stock) ordered before 12.00 am, are being shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands, all packages will be handled by PostNL, and therefor normally delivered within 1-2 workdays. If you would like to have your order delivered on a specific day, you can indicate this in the field for 'remarks'. We will try to take this into account as much as possible.
Is something that you have ordered not to your liking? All products can be returned within the legal time period of 14 days, without any obligation to specify why (especially ordered articles are an exception to this). This time period will begin on the first day following the date of your delivery. We would like to receive the return of your product in the original packaging, to the adress below:

When an article is being returned, we would like to be informed of this in advance by e-mail. The shipping costs for all returns are to be paid by the customer. As soon as we have received the article, it will be checked and you will have the amount of the article reimbursed to your bank account within 1-5 workdays.
In the unlikely case that you receive a damaged article, we expect to receive a picture of the damage and a picture of the packaging within a period of 7 days after delivery. We will certainly do everything we can to solve your complaint as soon and as well as possible.
